Original Talent Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Sales Administrator for a well known distributor based in Titchfield.
This role would be perfect for someone that has experience in a similar position, you will need have worked in fast paced environment and be able to work using your own initiative
Duties include:
- Process customer orders and deal with enquiries around this
- Advise on products
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth process from start through to finish
- Source alternative products based on customers requirements
- Keep customers up to date on their orders and deal with delays
Ideally you will:
- Be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Be confident in speaking with customers over the phone
- Have high attention to detail
- Be a team player and work with other departments
