Key Responsibilities of the Audit Manager:
*Support the development and execution of a flexible, risk-based audit plan
*Own and supervise the delivery of assigned audits, ensuring efficient execution and high standards
*Build credible relationships with key stakeholders and other assurance functions
*Coach and support colleagues on internal control and risk management matters
*Manage audit assignments within agreed budgets and timescales
Required knowledge and experience for the Audit Manager role:
*Demonstrable subject matter expertise in a financial services environment
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Proven relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities
*Relevant professional qualification (e.g., accounting, internal audit, or risk)
*Experience in adapting and delivering in a fast-paced commercial environment
