THE ROLE:
At an exciting time of growth, this impressive specialist law firm would like to recruit an experienced leader to take on the continued team development for their established Commercial Disputes department. Able to demonstrate significant experience from a leading City, West End or national practice, this role requires excellent technical ability and competence dealing with complex international disputes. Strong client skills and an interest to assist in the strategic growth of this leading practice, you will be creative and innovative in approach. Specialist experience and an interest in the technology, IP or IT sectors would be useful but not essential.
THE PERSON:
An accomplished leader of people, you will be able to offer strong commercial acumen and will sensibly lead this established team to deliver first class solutions to clients. With a proven track-record of working competently within a busy Commercial Disptues team, you will join a firm that offers straight-forward and knowledgeable advice to clients. You will be confident and looking for a very different culture and a chance where you can add value within a truly collaborative team. No following required as this is already an extremely busy team however the successful candidate will lead this team so must have an aptitude for engaging and supporting a team of quality lawyers.
