Job Purpose:
Support the Maintenance Manager in delivering exceptional building and maintenance services, ensuring assets are maintained efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. Manage departmental workflows, budgets, and strategies to meet operational goals and uphold quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
*Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to streamline workflows, improve processes, and meet compliance and customer demands.
*Manage supplier relationships and coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless services.
*Oversee key processes such as resident move-ins/outs, apartment refreshes, inventory, compliance, and maintenance tasks.
*Ensure SLAs and PPM schedules are met, and manage contractors to maintain quality and cost efficiency.
*Promote excellent customer service and effective communication across the team.
*Optimize use of tech systems and provide feedback for system improvements.
*Oversee resource allocation for apartment and building maintenance, engaging third-party specialists as needed.
*Manage defect resolution processes, including communications and reporting.
*Assist with budget management and procurement, ensuring efficient resource use.
*Step in for the Maintenance Manager as needed and provide operational reports.
*Align actions with company policies, sustainability goals, and values.
*Undertake relevant tasks as assigned and maintain proficiency with company systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
*Strong IT skills, particularly with MS Office.
*Resilient, adaptable, and experienced in implementing operational procedures.
*Technical knowledge of building services and maintenance management.
*Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
*Proven ability to manage contractors and budgets effectively.
*Motivated and team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
