Salary: Up to £25,000
Location: Aylesbury, Bucks
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am-17:00pm

Key responsibilities:
*Delivering high quality customer service by telephone
*To answer calls promptly dealing with them in line with procedures, ensuring that productivity and quality targets are met
*To listen carefully ensuring our customer needs are met
*Comply with complex processes and regulations
Requirements:
*Enthusiastic about delivering a seamless customer experience
*Someone who has excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
*A problem solver, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities
*Comfortable switching between multiple IT applications with attention to detail
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
