Operations Director - South Hertfordshire. £70,000 - £90,000 - Office Based
BondMoran have partnered with a phenomenal, privately-owned business who are currently recruiting an Operations Director.
The Company are market-leaders in their sector, have a highly engaging and knowledgeable Senior Leadership Team and they’re seeking a like-minded, commercially focused Operations Director to join them in this newly created role.
The business has a fantastic ’feel’ and culture based upon the approach taken by the owners to date and this role will play a key part on their growth journey.
To be successful in this position, you will need to be able to demonstrate a balance between commercial drive and emotional intelligence, ensuring that future growth isn’t at the expense of staff and customer engagement, or at odds with the culture that the business has worked so hard to cultivate.
Working closely with the owners and other Department Directors, your role will involve:
*Setting strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
*Analysing current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary and driving any subsequent, agreed actions.
*Attending industry conferences and events and promoting the business via relevant channels.
*Leading the implementation of new software and processes and automations specific to effective operations from adoption to successful roll out.
*Continuing to develop and further improve the ongoing, inclusive and collaborative culture within the business.
*Developing, implementing and monitoring day-to-day operational systems and processes to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved, whilst maintaining a strong culture and continually ensuring adherence to compliance.
*Forming positive relationships with department heads and external partners to ensure a collaborative approach with senior managers in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
*Providing visibility into goals and key initiatives.
The business has been extremely successful to date and this is testament to the approach the SLT have taken over many years. This success and strength is largely attributed to how efficiently they deliver their service to customers and they are extremely proud to have set the standard for success within their industry.
