Job Description:
Are you a passionate culinary professional ready to lead or support in a dynamic kitchen environment? We’re seeking talented Head Chefs and Sous Chefs to join our team in Islip, Northamptonshire.
Position: Catering Assistant
Location: Islip, Northamptonshire, NN14
Hours: Flexible (Full-time/Part-time available) including night shifts.
Head Chef Role:
*Lead and inspire the kitchen team
*Develop and execute innovative menus
*Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
*Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and budgeting
Sous Chef Role:
*Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
*Assist in menu planning and food preparation
*Supervise kitchen staff and ensure service runs smoothly
*Maintain quality control and food safety standards
Requirements:
*Proven experience in a similar role
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Passion for creating exceptional dishes
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
