We are recruiting for a highly renowned and successful independent estate agency located in the heart of Hampstead, NW3. The client is recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to become part of their dedicated team.
This role offers parking, a variety of benefits and a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
* Management of a high-end residential portfolio
* Managing tenant relationships
* Carrying out property inspections to ensure high standards.
* Overseeing property maintenance and coordinating repairs with contractors.
* Upholding tenancy agreements and addressing disputes effectively.
* Rent collection, ensuring timely payments.
* Manage property finances, including income and expenses.
* Ensure compliance with tenancy deposit schemes and other legal requirements.
* Keeping abreast with relevant legislation and regulations.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Demonstrated experience in property management, ideally within a high-end residential environment.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive problem solver with a customer-focused approach.
* Proficient in property management software.
* ARLA qualification (desirable).
