Job Overview: As the Branch Manager/Valuer, you will be responsible for the overall performance and success of the office. This role presents a great opportunity for career progression and leadership development within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Team Leadership:
*Lead, motivate, and manage a team of estate agents and administrative staff.
*Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
*Provide guidance, training, and support for team members to achieve their individual and collective goals.
2.Property Valuation:
*Conduct property valuations with a keen understanding of market trends.
*Ensure accurate and competitive property pricing.
*Demonstrate expert knowledge of the local property market.
3.Sales:
*Oversee the sales processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
*Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.
*Monitor and analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
4.Financial Management:
*Develop and manage budgets for both offices.
*Monitor financial performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed.
*Implement cost-effective measures to enhance profitability.
5.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
*Set, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators for the team and offices.
*Implement strategies to improve KPI performance and overall efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
*Proven experience in estate agency management, with a track record of successful team leadership.
*Strong knowledge of property valuation and the local property market
*Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*A self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
