Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

What is expected of you?
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will take the lead in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, ensuring the holistic development of children in your care.
*Learning Environment - Design and maintain safe, engaging, and educational spaces that support children’s development.
*Activity Planning - Deliver age-appropriate activities aligned with EYFS standards to promote children’s physical, emotional, and social growth.
*Child Development - Act as a Key Person for a group of children, tracking their progress, meeting their personal care needs, and fostering strong partnerships with families.
*Team Collaboration - Work effectively with colleagues to ensure high-quality childcare and education, mentoring less experienced team members as needed.
*Inclusion & Wellbeing - Promote inclusivity and diversity, supporting children with additional needs and making necessary adaptations to ensure their success.
*Compliance & Safety - Maintain a safe environment, adhere to health and safety regulations, and respond to safeguarding concerns in line with policies.
*Parental Engagement - Build trusting relationships with parents, providing updates on their child’s progress and addressing any concerns promptly.

*Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
*Previous experience working with children under five, with a strong understanding of EYFS standards.
