Job Description:
Are you an experienced office Administrator, we are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client in Dudley.
Main Responsibilities:
*Cross referencing information between multiple software systems to maintain accurate and consistent records.
*Using initiative to solve problems and resolve minor issues.
*General administrative tasks- filing, scanning, photocopying.
*Performing administrative tasks related to procurement, payroll, and factory documentation.
*Working on a computer for the majority of the day, completing administrative work consistently and efficiently.
*Learning and using various software systems (training will be provided for some systems).
*Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and to the highest standard.
Successful candidate will have:
*Ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision and care.
*Highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy.
*Proactive and able to identify and resolve simple issues independently.
*Experience using Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, etc.,) is required; experience with ’Sage’ or similar software is a plus but not essential.
*Experience working in an ’Office’.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.30 (Hours are flexible BUT must be able to work 5 days per week).
Hourly Rate- £12ph
