Administration Assistant
3 Month Contract
Office based role
This role is best suited to a recent graduate or an administrator who is looking to grow within a large, successful business. The role presents a way to join the financial services industry, gain relevant experience and if you perform to the expected level, there may be an opportunity to continue with the business in an employed position. Salary £12 per hour (3 Month contract).
The Role
Within the role you will be supporting the administrators, ensuring that the successful business is running smoothly at ground level. This will include updating the CRM system, opening and assigning post, data input, communicating and coordinating with the team, preparing documents, generating reports and ad hoc tasks from the team.

The business is a well-established financial services practice with multiple offices across the Uk. The business is growing both organically and through their acquisition program. They are looking for extra support within the Newcastle office in a busy time.
