Job Description:
Next Chapter Talent are assisting a prestigious leading property services company in their search for a Property Administrator to support their busy Tenancy team based in Croydon who oversee a large portfolio of properties across London.
You would be joining a friendly bunch of experienced professionals who encourage continuous learning and development, offering unlimited support with personal progression plans and an opportunity to gain industry qualifications to facilitate your long-term career growth and career with the company.
The team are looking for a bubbly, collaborative and service driven individual to join their team. This person will be assisting a a small team of Property Managers who will rely on your administrative support to service their high-profile property portfolios.
Your key responsibilities will include:
*Effective use of property management software (training will be given) and diligent compliance record keeping
*Maintain property compliance and Health & Safety records
*Manage and maintain relevant filing systems and databases
*Diary management for a small but very busy team
*Data Entry
*Report writing, reading and amending
*Assist neighbouring teams by replying to any enquiries
*Manage tenant communication via the central inbox and by phone
*Communicate with contractors and internal support teams to coordinate works schedules
Do you have the following skills and experience?
· Are you organised and able to effectively prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment?
· Are you genuinely passionate about providing 5 start service?
· Do you have strong attention to detail and take special measures to ensure that the quality of your work remains of a high quality and consistent standard?
· Do you pride yourself on your solid communication skills and ability to overcome objections by problem solving?
· Are you motivated by helping others?
· Do you have 1 year working within a Team Coordinator/Administrator role?

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 pa + Company Benefits
Monday to Friday (early finishes on a Friday)
