Job Description:
Talented People Solutions have been asked to support in finding an experience Business Development Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
This role is hybrid working with 2/3 days a week in their London central office (diary dependent so could be less as this role requires field based sales when presenting to clients)
The salary on offer for this position is up to £38,000 basic salary with a £6,000 car allowance and an excellent bonus structure where you earn a percentage of products sold.
Responsibilities:
*Generate sales through showcasing the range of products to end clients including public sector
*Work closely with internal teams to ensure the right information is delivered and tailored to their solution
*Identify and source contacts for create new opportunities using various methods to secure new business
*Prepare and deliver presentations to various stakeholders at different levels
*Build strong relationships
*Create and maintain pipeline for short, medium and long terms projects
*Reporting consistently on product feedback
Experience needed:
*B2B field sales experience
*Experience in creating and presenting presentations to all levels of stakeholders
*Experience in securing new business through a range of sized businesses
*Able to be flexible due to the nature of the role
*Able to work alone and prioritise work load
*Experience selling into the public sector is a big plus but not essential
*Results driven individual
