Job Description:
Eteach Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager/Account Manager to join our Customer Success department.
In this role, you will work closely with our customers and sales team to understand their unique needs and provide them with exceptional support and guidance. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and acting as their advocate within our organisation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
*Developing and maintaining strong relationships with international and independent school clients.
*Identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and maintain a proactive approach to expanding market share.
*Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
*Ensuring client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving.
*Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address client needs and deliver exceptional service.
*Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
*Providing training and support to clients on our platform and services.
*Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, offering insights into market trends, customer feedback, and business opportunities. Use data analysis to identify areas for improvement and potential growth.
The ideal candidates:
*Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer success or account management role.
*Experience working with international and independent schools.
*Strong understanding of the education industry and its challenges.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
*Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction.
*Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Willingness to travel internationally as required.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in customer success or account management, preferably within the education industry. You should be a proactive and empathetic communicator, able to build trust and rapport with clients. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills are also essential.
