Memorials Product Executive
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (38.75 hours per week)
Location: Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham
*(Hybrid, 3 days office, 2 from home + some intermittent site travel)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (+ Bonus Incentive)

The Role
As a Memorials Product Executive, you will work closely with the Memorials Product Manager and the wider team to manage and enhance our product range. From identifying new product opportunities to supporting their launch, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring we deliver meaningful, high-quality offerings that support families during challenging times.
Let’s take a closer look at role responsibilities:
*Collaborate with the Product Manager to identify and develop new product opportunities, ensuring they align with client needs and deliver clear value.
*Assist in building business cases for new products, and modernising our range with a focus on innovation and ROI.
*Support the creation of product promotions and packages to drive growth.
*Develop and maintain structured product ranges, including pricing architecture.
*Assist in planning and launching new products and ranges across the business.
*Conduct product/category reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
*Research gaps in the product assortment and perform competitor analysis.
*Respond to product queries from our network of 600 Funeral Branches and 45 Crematoria.
*Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
*Identify training needs and assist in preparing and delivering product-related training.
*Maintain and evaluate products throughout their lifecycle, supporting ongoing updates and trading objectives.
Must haves we’re looking for in experience for this role:
*Proven experience in product management, category management or a similar role ideally within a consumer-focused or service-based industry.
*Analytical mindset with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
*A strong client-focused mindset, ensuring products and services meet the needs of families and communities.
*A creative thinker with problem-solving abilities to drive continuous improvement in products and processes.
*Flexible in their approach, happy to conduct site visits as needed and work in a hybrid model of 3 office days, 2 from home.
