Location: Bicester and Otterbourne Emergency Operations Centres
Position: 999 Telephone Triage Clinician
Type: Temporary (3 months initially)
Hours: Full-time and Part-time available
Shifts: Flexible
About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced 999 Telephone Triage Clinicians to join Emergency Operations Centres in Bicester and Otterbourne. This is a temporary position, initially for three months, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide high-quality telephone triage and clinical advice to 999 callers.
*Utilise Pathways or PaCCs systems to assess and prioritise patient needs.
*Work collaboratively with emergency services and healthcare professionals.
*Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions.
Requirements:
*Ideally Pathways or PaCCs trained.
*Experience in 999, CDS, or 111 services is desirable
*Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
*Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
