Our client a leading Healthcare company based in central London is looking for a remote lead DevOps Architect. Will be working collaboratively with the existing DevOps engineering team alongside the lead DevOps Architect, the individual will have an influence and diverse workload covering.
*Design Automation of infrastructure and software rollout using Azure DevOps pipelines, including quality gates such as peer reviews.
*Design and develop Infrastructure, using an IaC approach, that aligns with industry best practices such as the Azure Well-Architected Framework.
*Design and develop automatic scaling and highly available solutions.
*Work closely with other departments, such as Development and Architecture, to ensure that Azure technologies are being used correctly and efficiently.
*Work closely with the Security teams to design secure solutions from the get-go and assist with validating designs against best practices.
*Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and advising on how they could be used to better the existing architecture (this will likely include completing a PoC.

*Strong documentation and diagramming skills to convey complex concepts in a simple manner.

*Proven experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
*Solid understanding of:
*Terraform
*HELM charts
*Flux
*Powershell / Azure CLI

Advantageous:
*Healthcare or Government related industry experience
*Understanding of JIRA and Confluence
