What do the team do?
This role sits within our Business service line and will involve providing them with professional administration support. You will be part of a team of seven that services the function nationally and it will be your responsibility to support members of the Business team that are based out of our Bishop’s Stortford or Norwich office.
What will I be doing?
As an Administrator you will have ownership of the following tasks:
*Printing, sending and filing accounts / tax returns online.
*Updating workflows and trackers for accounts and tax returns.
*Drafting letters of engagement (LOE), updating LOE tracker and monitoring and chasing non returns.
*Drafting and sending routine correspondence internally and externally.
*Drafting and filing Companies House forms.
*Carrying out AML checks on new clients and annually before start of accounts preparation jobs to ensure correct information is on file.
*Assisting with the new client take on process, including drafting of standard documents.
What experience do I need?
Whilst having the following experience is advantageous, we value passion and potential. If you meet the minimum criteria listed below and are eager to develop yourself, we would love to hear from you:
*Previous administration experience in a professional office environment (minimum criteria).
*Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills (minimum criteria).
*Strong communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels.
*Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Outlook.
*Minimum of five GCSE’s at A* - C grade, including Maths and English Language.
