Job Description:
Assure Personnel are pleased to be supporting a fantastic business based in Harlow, our client are looking for a Product Marketing Manager. This role will involve leading the in-house Product Marketing Executives, the graphic designers and technical team.
The Role:
Leading our In-House Product Marketing Executives and working with our Graphic Designers and Technical Team, the fundamentals of this role are to manage and co-ordinate all Product Marketing activity, including:
*Marketing Campaign Scheduling and reporting.
*Email Marketing planning and targeting.
*Customer segmentation, research and prospecting, utilising Sales Data and our CRM system.
*Working with our Marketing Executives and In-House Graphic designers to manage the production of marketing assets as and when required. Assets can vary hugely, from the production of entire Catalogues, to New Product Launch Literature or even bespoke customer literature as requested.
*Communicating and Co-ordinating with Buying and Sales Departments.
*Produce Monthly activity planning and performance reports for the Group Marketing Manager.
*Develop and research well researched and targeted Marketing activities to reach new and existing customers, across a broad marketing mix that will encompass digital and print media, exiting customers and prospects, and ’tried and tested" and experimental methods of communicating with our customer base.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Ideally having working in a hard-goods or technical products industry previously, the person will have at least 2 years’ experience working in a Marketing Management Role and be educated to Degree Level.
The Person:
A proactive individual and a natural leader, able to make things happen. They will an excellent up chain and down chain communicator, capable of representing the Marketing Team to other areas of the business. They will be keen to own and grow the remit and quality of marketing output, and being highly number literate and statistically driven, will be able to report on its successes and failures.
The ability to manage and develop the team around them is an absolute fundamental of the role.
This role is fully site based.
