Job Description:
Orka Financial is currently recruiting for a well established business based in Slough who seek to hire an confident well established Accounts Payable Specialist.
Responsibilities:
*Resolving escalations on supplier accounts
*Clearing up the Aged Creditors to ensure all payments are allocated
*Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
*Working closely with the business to resolve PO non-compliance issues
*Recording and reporting for business Stats
*Other AP related activities eg. credit card payments and post
Required Skills:
*Intermediate level Microsoft Excel, Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
*Excellent attention to detail
*Good communicator, able to build good relationships with internal/external stakeholders
*Flexible and adaptable in a continuously evolving department
*Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
*Be able to work across time zones and work with globally diverse cultures
*Ability to work independently
Salary £25,000- £30,000 dependent upon experience.
