Our Client
Nigel Wright are delighted to be partnering with a leading global energy technology company in their search for a Human Resources Business Partner. 

The Opportunity
As a Human Resources Business Partner you will serve as a strategic partner to the manufacturing site leadership team, providing HR expertise and support in a unionised environment. The HRBP will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and union agreements.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•    Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with site leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and improve organisational performance.
•    Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions, in accordance with union agreements and company             policies.
•    Industrial Relations: Act as the primary liaison with union representatives, negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements, and addressing disputes.
•    Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. Identify training and development needs and implement        appropriate programs.
•    Performance Management: Support managers in the performance review process, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
•    Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. 
•    Change Management: Lead and support change initiatives, including organizational restructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformation.  HR Metrics: Analyse HR data        and metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs. 
•    Project lead for medium sized projects and major contributor to larger projects.
Who we are looking for
The successful candidate will have a can do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to enact and embed transformational change. You will feel your experience closely manages the below:
•    Degree or CIPD qualified with at least 7-10 years experience in Human Resources (as HR generalist or HRBP).
•    Experience within a Manufacturing environment
•    Strong knowledge of employment law and union relations.
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation.
•    Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
•    Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
