Meraki Accountancy & Finance’s market leading client based on the outskirts of Glasgow are keen to add a Financial Accountant to the current team to cover a 12 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a household name who are market leaders in their sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  
*Preparation and review of monthly, and quarterly financial statements.
*Ensure accurate and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
*Work closely with the Head of Finance regarding the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
*Oversee the preparation and submission of Tax and VAT returns.
*Balance sheet reconciliations.
*Ensure the correct controls are in place.
  
Experience required:
  
*ICAS / ACCA / CIMA Qualified
*Ability to work to challenging month and quarter end deadlines.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Experienced excel user
  
On offer:
  
*£50,000 - £60,000 annual salary.
*Performance related bonus
