Providing niche insurance solutions within the shipping and transportation sectors, working directly with clients and broker partners.
Overview
*In this role you will be responsible for underwriting cargo and marine liability cover.
*Review and analyse risks information and presentations.
*Ensure that risks meet underwriting appetite and delegated parameters.
*Calculate appropriate rates and negotiate pricing.
*Work closely with clients and brokers to build long-term, trusted relationships.
*Liaise with capacity providers when necessary.
What you need to show
*5 to 10 year’s experience underwriting cargo and or marine liability insurance
*Enjoy working for a dynamic and small, independent business
*Possess strong client relationship skills
*Thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment
