Job: Junior Mechanical Design Engineer
Location: Lincolnshire
Salary:£25,000-£33,000
Job Type: Permanent I am looking for a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join a growing team in Lincolshire on a permanent basis.
What You’ll Do: *Create and edit designs using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
*Work with senior engineers to develop prototypes and technical drawings.
*Help test and improve designs to ensure they meet requirements.
*Support manufacturing teams during production.
What We’re Looking For: *HNC, HND, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
*Basic CAD knowledge, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
*Some relevant experience (like internships) is helpful, but not required.
*1-3 Years experience in Design Engineering
*Hands on experience
*Forward thinking Engineer with a creative side
