Position: Creative Artworker
 
Location: Hertford 
 
Job Type: Full Time / Office-Based 
 
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday) 
 
Salary: £26k-28k DOE 
 
My client is seeking a Creative Artworker to join our vibrant studio team. This role offers the chance to work with high-profile clients and market-leading brands, perfect for someone passionate about design and experienced in both print and digital production processes. We are looking for an individual with enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and an exceptional eye for detail.
 
Role & Responsibilities: 
*Create artwork and design outputs across various mediums, including print, large format, and digital.
*Produce press-ready artwork for multiple disciplines, ensuring production artworks and cut files are accurately planned and imposed when necessary.
*Ensure all artwork adheres to technical specifications and brand guidelines.
*Maintain organised job folders and archive libraries with precise labelling and filing practices.
*Work from briefs provided by the creative lead, account manager, or directly from clients, interpreting them accurately.
*Present finalized ideas, concepts, and proofs in a clear and professional manner, both via email and in person.
*Report job progress, status, and timelines to the Studio Manager.
*Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
*Contribute to marketing projects by updating web assets and managing content for social media platforms.
 
Skills & Requirements: 
*Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
*Excellent layout and typography skills.
*A solid understanding of print processes and digital production techniques.
*Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with senior account managers, clients, and the team.
*A thorough understanding of brand and corporate guidelines.
*Proven ability to manage your own workload, prioritise tasks, and multi-task effectively to meet deadlines.
*Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading skills.
*Ability to consistently maintain a professional attitude, working both independently and within a team.
