Junior Category Buyer
Fantastic opportunity for a Junior Category Manager/ Buyer to join a business in the exciting world of Travel Retail to deliver innovative products and exceptional customer experiences. You will play a key role in shaping category strategies that drive success and set new trends.
The Role
As a Junior Category Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action, working with a dynamic team to bring the retail strategy to life. From onboarding new suppliers to analysing market trends, you’ll help ensure our products meet customer expectations while keeping the business ahead of the curve.
What You’ll Do:
*Support the buying team in delivering the business and retail strategy.
*Assist in developing and executing category strategies for Travel Retail.
*Onboard new suppliers.
*Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends to identify opportunities.
*Input and maintain critical data across systems like OWMS, Vector, and Power BI.
*Improve processes to collate and manage information efficiently.
*Manage invoicing for supplier marketing and rebates.
*Take on key projects assigned by the Head of Category.

*Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
*Confidence working with data tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar.
