We are seeking experienced Air Conditioning Engineers based in the Surrey or West Sussex regions. The successful Engineer will be required to cover the M3 Corridor and or London and the surrounding area.
As a result of increased work in the area you will be working on interesting and varying commercial contracts. The Client has been established for over 20 years and a specialist in their field with a great reputation.
You will be responsible for:
*planned and reactive maintenance to Air Conditioning systems. The types of systems you will look after are Splits, VRVs, VRFs, AHU’s and FCU’s as well as general PPM’s
*keep accurate auditable records of works planned and completed.
*Keeping the site in good order internally and externally
*Maintaining high standards of customer care and workmanship
*Be flexible and undertake other reasonable duties to accommodate operational requirements.
The successful engineer will have:
*Minimum of 5 years’ experience of planned and reactive maintenance to Air Conditioning Systems within a commercial building.
*F-Gas Qualified
*18th Edition desirable but not essential
