Job Description:
Our client, who are a well known brand independent Estate Agent, are looking for an experienced Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator to work within their busy Bishop’s Stortford office. The company are a multi award winning Estate Agency, that have been established for over 30 years.
The successful candidate will be working as part of a small yet busy sales team, dealing with the majority of the sales yourself. You will be selling high end properties, so you must be well spoken and presentable with a mature attitude, and be able to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
You will need a full UK driving licence, and use of your own car for inspections.
Salary package and benefits of this Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator role include:
*Basic £22,500 - £26,000
*OTE £35,000 - £40,000
*Car allowance
*Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm with every other Saturday 9am - 5pm with a day off during the week when working a Saturday
*Holiday entitlement
*Well known award winning brand
*On site parking
Main responsibilities for this role of Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator include:
*Registering and qualifying potential buyers
*Generating and conducting viewings
*Canvassing to bring on new properties
*Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
*Preparing sales brochures
*Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
*Always delivering exceptional customer service
The skills required for this role of Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator include:
*Must have at least 2 years + experience in Estate Agency
*High level of customer service skills
*Ambitious with the drive to succeed
*The desire to work well in a team
*Excellent telephone manner
*Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
*Mature attitude
*Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
