Job Description:
Churchill Howard are working with an instantly recognisable business based in Solihull to recruit for a Commercial Accountant. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious qualified accountant looking for a challenge that will enhance their long term career prospects by vastly broadening their skill set.
Commercial Accountant - Responsibilities:
* Develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
* Produce and present relevant information at senior management meetings
* Forecasting and budgeting for key business areas
* Review and detailed analysis of performance in relation to forecast and associated commentary
* Input into commercial KPI creation and KPI reporting/ analysis
* Presentations to senior finance stakeholders reviewing results and trends across the business
* Work in partnership with key financial stakeholders to set long strategic goals
* Investment appraisals for major project work
The right candidate for this role will also have exceptional systems skills, ideally in SAP, and will be able to manipulate large sets of data using Microsoft Excel. An adaptable communicator is also important to be successful in this position as there is a lot of varied key stakeholder interaction.
