Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Currently working with a fantastic client in the HEATHROW area. Our client is a leading global logistics provider - they are looking for a HR Administrator to provide transactional and administrative support to the Regional Senior HR Business Partner and the HR Team.
Responsibilities:
*Generating and processing paperwork related to the full Employee lifecycle - starters,
leavers etc.
*Completing audits on Employee Files
*Compiling and updating employee references, clearances and DBS checks
*Responsible for tracking CAA Regulations and compliance is met.
*Monitoring and Co-ordinating all Employee training renewals
*Producing Correspondence for all changes to Employee terms and conditions as directed
*Maintaining attendance records
*Completing Inductions with New Employees
*Data Gathering tasks
*Data Analysis Tasks
*Ensure the HR system, Success Factors, is up to date
*Providing support to the HR Business Partner with ad-hoc tasks and projects
*Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential at all times
Skills and experience:
*Strong administrative experience in a fast pace environment
*Proficient in MS Office including Excel
*Experience of maintaining office systems, data filing and data cleansing
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Outstanding administrative and organizational skills
