Job Description:
Gleeson Recruitment Group are seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reporting processes. This role will drive financial insights, help optimise business strategies, and provide critical support to senior management to enhance overall company performance.
Key Responsibilities
*Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership, providing detailed financial insights and strategic recommendations.
*Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and key objectives.
*Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, tracking financial performance against budget and identifying areas of improvement.
*Conduct variance analysis, offering clear explanations of financial discrepancies and recommending corrective actions where necessary.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing financial analysis to support decision-making and ongoing business initiatives.
*Contribute to process improvements in financial reporting, forecasting, and planning, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across teams.
Key Requirements
*ACCA, CIMA or ACA Qualified
*Experience in FP&A, financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting.
*Strong proficiency in financial planning software and advanced Excel skills.
*Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
