Job Description:
Package: £24,000 - £27,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K Year 2) (£60K Year 3)
Our client was born out of a desire to bring innovation and creativity to recruitment within the Technology sector. Their passion lies in offering added value to their customers rather than putting ’bums on seats’. They offer best practice advice and support in the design and implementation of market leading recruitment campaigns and programmes that will not only attract and recruit the best talent but also retain and re-energise existing teams.
They have split their divisions to have a team of 360 Recruitment Consultants who work in typical recruitment fashion and a Client Services team who work with long term retained clients to meet their recruitment needs.
