We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Locum Occupational Therapist to join our team at a Community Hospital in Ludlow. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to make a meaningful impact while working in an inpatient ward setting.
Key Responsibilities: *Delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in a Community Hospital inpatient ward.
*Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating patient-centered rehabilitation.
*Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care.
*Supporting patients to achieve their maximum level of independence and improving their quality of life.
Requirements: *HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
*Proven experience working in inpatient wards, preferably within a community hospital setting.
*Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
