Role:Finance Business Partner

Salary:£50 - 65,000
A leading construction business is looking to hire a Finance Business Partner to oversee the central administration and service team while providing finance support. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will manage finance functions including sales and purchase ledgers, cash book management, credit control, and VAT returns, while also handling monthly management accounts and bank reconciliations.
Key responsibilities include line management of the central services team, ensuring accurate delivery of administrative and financial support, managing the PQQ process, and working closely with the finance team to meet deadlines and provide a seamless service. You will collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring compliance with SLAs and maintaining financial accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in finance, particularly in purchase and sales ledger, and experience in managing a team. You will need strong IT skills (especially in Excel), excellent analytical abilities, and the capability to manage relationships at all levels. A part or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is essential.
