Job Title: Estimator (Main Contracting)
Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 + additional benefits
Location: Central London

Key Responsibilities: *Interpret client briefs and develop detailed, accurate estimates through site visits and drawings.
*Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver comprehensive bids.
*Manage tender opportunities and supplier relationships.
*Calculate materials and hours for construction projects.
*Coordinate subcontractor pricing and attend site/tender reviews.
*Ensure compliance with building regulations and tender documentation.
*Support the Estimating Manager with various functions.
Key Skills and Experience: *Experience within the Data Centre sector is essential
*Proven main contracting experience, including M&E building services.
*Familiarity with architectural, civil, and builders’ works packages.
*Strong understanding of building regulations and estimating processes.
*Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
*Excellent communication skills and client interaction abilities.
