Job Description:
Our client, who is an extremely successful sales and lettings agent in the Bournemouth area and a well-known brand, is looking for an experienced lettings property manager to join their team.
The lettings team has a rapidly growing portfolio of property to manage and the successful candidate will be joining to and assisting an existing team with their workload.
Therefore, to be considered for this role you will need to have current estate agency property management experience and will be used to completing inspections, check-ins and check-outs, maintenance issues, handling deposits and the returns, along with other usual day-to-day property management duties.
Due to the high level of business you will need to be used to "juggling many balls in the air" at the same time.
The company is looking for an outgoing, hard-working and personable individual who enjoys working in a busy and professional environment. The successful candidate will require their own transport as property inspections will form part of the role.
There is a basic salary of c.£25,000 - £30,000 (DoE)

A lettings negotiator / property manager with at least 4 years experience, ARLA credited and able to use Alto property management system. We have circa 35 properties at present with view to increase this swiftly.
