Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Location: South Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Are you an experienced digital marketing professional with a passion for driving results through paid channels? Do you have the expertise to lead multi-channel strategies while managing multiple brands and stakeholders? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid advertising efforts across five unique brands. Operating as an internal agency, you’ll lead a small team and oversee the management of PPC, paid social, and display campaigns, while also ensuring strategic integration with other marketing channels, including SEO.
About the Role
*Leadership: Manage and inspire a growing team of 2-3 digital marketers, with plans to expand the team by two more members within your first year.
*Paid Media Expertise: Develop, execute, and optimise PPC, paid social, and display campaigns to achieve lead generation and sales targets.
*Strategic Oversight: Drive overarching digital marketing strategies that align with the unique goals of each brand, incorporating SEO and other channels as part of a holistic approach.
*Stakeholder Management: Work closely with brand leads to align marketing activities with business objectives, providing clear reporting and actionable insights.
*Performance Focus: Continuously analyse campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring exceptional ROI.
What We’re Looking For
*Extensive experience in managing PPC, paid social, and other paid advertising channels.
*Solid knowledge of SEO and its role in multi-channel strategies.
*Proven ability to manage teams and nurture talent in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience balancing the needs of multiple brands or accounts.
*A proactive, energetic attitude with a drive to "get the job done" and exceed expectations.
*Strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in campaign management and optimisation.
