*Hours: Option 1: Mon/Wed/Fri, 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM; Option 2: 2 hours/day, 4 days/week
Reed/LTA are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at a vibrant primary school. The ideal candidate will have prior cleaning experience, preferably within a school environment. This role is crucial in providing a safe and clean learning environment for the children.
Day-to-day of the role: *Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to ensure areas are tidy.
*Clean and sanitise toilets, classrooms, and common areas.
*Replenish supplies in bathrooms and kitchen areas.
*Ensure waste is collected and disposed of properly.
*Follow health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals.
*Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a school setting.
*Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Good physical condition to perform manual cleaning tasks.
*Understanding of health and safety practices related to cleaning.
