On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dedicated QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) Manager to join a leading organization in the CTV (Crew Transfer Vessel) sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in shaping safety, compliance, and quality standards within a dynamic and innovative company.

The Role
As the QHSE Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the well-being of employees, the satisfaction of clients, and the protection of the environment. Your leadership will be essential in driving compliance, fostering a culture of safety, and promoting operational excellence across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management *Develop, implement, and oversee robust quality assurance policies to meet both regulatory and customer standards.
*Conduct regular audits and lead initiatives to optimize processes and enhance operational quality.
Health and Safety *Design and enforce health and safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and investigate incidents to ensure lessons are learned and improvements are made.
*Deliver training sessions and workshops to embed a culture of safety throughout the organization.
Environmental Management *Implement strategies and policies to reduce environmental impact and support sustainable operations.
*Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, manage audits, and complete environmental assessments.
Regulatory Compliance *Stay updated on relevant industry standards and regulations, ensuring the company remains fully compliant (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
*Manage certification processes and prepare detailed compliance reports for regulatory bodies.
Training and Engagement *Design and deliver training programs to ensure all employees are equipped to adhere to QHSE standards.
*Promote a proactive safety-first mindset, encouraging engagement across all levels of the organization.
About You

We are looking for a proactive and experienced QHSE professional who thrives in dynamic environments and has a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Requirements: *Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or ISO Lead Auditor credentials.
*Solid experience in QHSE management, preferably within maritime, construction, or related industries.
*Strong knowledge of compliance requirements, risk assessment practices, and incident investigation procedures.
*Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a proven ability to implement effective policies and engage diverse stakeholders.
*Adaptability and flexibility to manage challenges in a fast-paced operational setting.
