Job Description:
(M1, London, Northern home counties), and (S. West -M4, Bristol /South Wales )
£48,000 Basic + OTE £60K + Exec Car + Laptop + Mobile
Our client is seeking two dynamic, remote working, Technical Regional Sales Managers to join their team.
The ideal individuals will have a passion for Mechanical Engineering technology and excellent sales communication skills.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a manufacturer’s diverse portfolio of factory automation, motion control products and components engaging with OEM clients and regional distributors to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
*Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
*Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to develop effective strategies for product promotion.
*Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
*Provide technical support during the sales process.
*Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotations.
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using new CRM software.
*Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
*Preferable background in Mechanical Engineering product sales.
*Qualified in an engineering discipline. Wanting a career not just a job.
*Ability to effectively cover large geographical territory.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
*Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
*Ability to effectively present technical information to diverse audiences.
*Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
