Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of sales and operational processes, including:
*Monitoring and assessing the cost impacts of client revisions.
*Inputting sales orders and creating detailed work orders.
*Identifying chargeable extras and raising purchase requisitions.
*Contributing to IT system improvements and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
*Generating new business through proactive calls and marketing initiatives.
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
*Preparing and submitting client quotations with precision and efficiency.
*Updating the CRM system and submitting monthly performance reports.
*Managing credit terms, overdue accounts, and resolving invoice queries.
