Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the construction team, ensuring smooth operations across various projects.
- Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Manage and organize site paperwork, including health and safety documents, contracts, and project reports.
- Handle daily office tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls or emails.
- Liaise with site managers, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate deliveries, schedules, and resources.
- Produce detailed reports and documentation using Excel; must be proficient in formulas, data analysis, and report generation.
- Assist in tracking project progress and budget management through accurate data input and updates.
- Organize and manage site meetings, including taking minutes and distributing action points.
- General office duties such as ordering supplies, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the construction industry.
- Must be highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills - able to use formulas, create pivot tables, and generate reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive to various locations when needed.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
