Position: Maths Teacher
Location: Reading
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

About the Role: They are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics education to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and contributing to the overall development of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the curriculum.
*Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
*Support students in achieving their academic goals.

*Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
*Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
*A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*Experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level.
*Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to inspire and motivate students.
