About the Role:
As a Referrer Support Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued Credit Union Referrers, handling inbound calls and emails. Your role will focus on delivering outstanding service to support our partners and ensure a seamless experience for our shared customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
*Responding promptly and professionally to inbound calls and emails from Credit Union Referrers.
*Providing expert support and guidance to referrers, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to assist customers effectively.
*Troubleshooting queries and resolving issues efficiently to maintain excellent service standards. (Credit Unions and customers directly)
*Building strong, positive relationships with referrers to foster ongoing collaboration.
