Job Description:
Our client, a well-known housing developer, are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Consultant to cover their new development in Ipswich.

Key Responsibilities:
*Guiding purchasers through the process from reservation to completion.
*Providing great customer service skills.
*Resolving all enquiries.
*Showcasing floor plans and development lots.
*Leading tours of model homes and explaining their features.
*Ensuring the property is presentable for showings
Skills & Experience required:
*Minimum Two years’ experience within sales (preferably within property)
*Experience working with MS Office.
*Experience with CRM systems.
*UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
