Job Type: Full-Time (5 days a week)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team in Croydon. This full-time role requires the candidate to be available five days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons.
*Lead small group sessions and interventions.
*Provide support to students with their learning activities.
*Assist with the development and implementation of individualized support plans.
*Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
*Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning space.
Requirements:
*Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA is preferred.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Reliable and punctual.
*Positive attitude and enjoys working with students.
*Right to work in the UK.
*DBS check (willing to undertake one if needed).
