A well-established Bristol based firm is looking for a Senior Associate Supervisor to join their growing Contract Disputes team within its Volume Litigation Department.
Historically focused on delivering legal services through Legal Expenses Insurance products, they handle a steady flow of litigated cases in areas such as personal injury, dispute management, employment, and commercial law.

The Role
In this role, you will oversee the technical supervision of a small sub-team focused on Small Claims and Fast Track matters. You may occasionally manage a caseload of up to 10 Fast or Intermediate Track consumer and commercial contract disputes. Your responsibilities will include assessing claim prospects, negotiating and litigating cases to trial if needed, delivering excellent client service, supporting senior managers, coaching junior team members, and resolving claims efficiently and cost-effectively.
Who
You will have a solid foundation in contract law and civil procedure, particularly in handling Fast Track cases. Ideally you will have experience supervising, mentoring, and training junior colleagues and demonstrate excellent client care, effective communication, and adaptability to a dynamic work environment. Confidence, initiative, and sound judgement are essential, alongside familiarity with SRA standards and obligations.
