Lecturer in Multiskills *Location: Chesterfield, England

*Salary: Up to £52,312 per annum
An Education Provider in South Yorkshire is seeking a dedicated and energetic Lecturer in Multiskills to join their Construction team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to impart knowledge and skills to the next generation of construction professionals.
Day-to-day of the role: *Teach a range of programmes from Levels 1 to 2 in multi-skill construction courses, covering both workshop and classroom environments.
*Engage and inspire students through hands-on and theoretical instruction in painting and decorating, basic brickwork, and joinery.
*Adapt teaching methods to cater to varied learning styles and ensure all students achieve their full potential.
*Participate in the development of course materials and curriculum to enhance the learning experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Minimum Level 2 qualification in painting and decorating.
*Experience in teaching low-level brickwork and joinery.
*Extensive experience in the Construction Industry.
*Passionate about training and development in the construction sector.
*Possession of or willingness to work towards a teacher training qualification and a relevant assessor award.
