Job Description:
Your new company
You will be working for a charity as their Service Administrator. You will work within the wellbeing department and focus solely on those requiring the wellbeing service. You will work on a permanent basis with the ability to start ASAP post security clearance.
Your new role
This specialist administrative role focusses on wellbeing and will provide key administrative support to the wellbeing services whilst working as a first point of contact. You will work with internal stakeholders, referrals and individuals requiring the service. You will manage email communication, telephone queries and update all systems accordingly.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must be able to work at speed and with accuracy. You must be able to deal with sensitive data and acknowledge the potential emotional responses from those requesting the wellbeing service. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must have experience of working in a confidential and sensitive administrative-based role, ideally within a charity and social work setting. You must be able to work in the office full time in the Stoke on Trent area.
